The Regalis product line is crafted by naturally infusing high quality artisan raw ingredients with the finest aromatic truffles vs relying on synthetic flavoring, aroma or essence so prominent in the marketplace. Regalis was founded by Ian Purkayastha who began selling truffles in NYC at the age of 18. His book “Truffle Boy” was released in 2017.

▪ Our journey started two decades ago in a one-bedroom apartment kitchen in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, with fresh produce sourced from the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. Our products gained recognition when we won Best in Show at the Rosendale International Pickle Festival, leading us to launch Rick’s Picks at the NYC farmer’s market in 2004. We became known for savory, hand-packed, all-natural pickles made in season with produce from trusted local farmers. Our innovative pickles, with exceptional quality, distinctive flavor profiles, and mouth-watering appeal, won numerous industry awards.
Rick's Picks was co-founded by Rick Field and Lauren McGrath.
