▪ Husband and wife team, Sandeep and Nalini Agarwal, founded Pure Indian Foods in the U.S. in 2008, bringing the first grassfed and organic ghee brand to America. However, the family ghee-making business stretches back much further—all the way to 1889 in India. The couple decided to continue their family’s tradition of ghee-making when their young son suffered from various health issues, and they sought the time- honored knowledge of nutrition through clean foods.
