We welcome all media and photographers to apply on our event website at GMJuly4.com for a media pass. Once approved and we receive your agreement to the Media Terms + Conditions, your pass will include the following: Early Access (if requested) (1) General Admission (GA) Car Pass Recognition in the Great Meadow Foundation newsletter recap. Recognition in the post-event email with a link to your site, article, or images.
In-kind sponsors provide goods or services in lieu of a monetary contribution to help support the success of the event. This may include items such as food and beverages, event rentals, printing, media promotion, advertising, signage, staff support, or other essential event needs. In-kind sponsors receive recognition and benefits commensurate with the estimated value of their contribution and enjoy the same visibility and promotional opportunities as cash sponsors at similar levels.
