SAGE’s business model and springboard for its late-2023 launch has been shaped by client and key-player interviews conducted by co-founders and partners Steve Tragash and Greg Pine. Utilizing feedback from informal interviews, the SAGE platform for doing business has been developed to respond to what today’s sellers and investors really want from a brokerage firm, not that for which they have had to settle.
The opening of “The Rose” marked delivery of New Jersey’s first public course in 20 years and realization of a 17-year vision held by township officials. Constructed on four township- owned parcels, the land was acquired utilizing NJDEP Green Acres funds for future green open recreational space. Constructed in 2023 and designed by Stephen Kay, developer 2020 Acquisitions handled all planning, design, construction and management at no cost to taxpayers. Features offer “something for everyone” with a par-71, 18-hole course; 30-bay driving range; and miniature golf with lighting and unique water features.
