Giant is set to open a new location at the South Mall in Allentown, PA. The new, ground-up store will measure 68,000 s/f and will be a redevelopment of a a former Bon-Ton department store that closed in 2018. The Bon- Ton will be demolished to make way for the new Giant store. The enclosed shopping mall is located at 3300 Lehigh St. in Allentown, PA 18103. The mall is owned by NY/NJ based Nicholas Park Mall, LLC. James Balliet, president of The James Balliet Property Group-Keller Williams Allentown was the sole broker in the transaction.
