Size: 41,421 s/f The historic 1950s five-story dormitory has been extensively renovated to improve living conditions and update its infrastructure. This comprehensive upgrade involved integrating a new campus hydronic system, revamping the fire protection and domestic water lines, and a complete overhaul of the HVAC, plumbing, boilers, pumps, and electrical systems. Additions included a contemporary fire alarm and protection system, an elevator, and the latest chillers, air handlers, and generators.
