Size: 1 Million s/f Intended as a high-capacity storage and distribution center situated on a large 60-acre site, Bridgeport II is strategically located within proximity of I-95 and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, NY. On the banks of the Arthur Kill, the project is situated on a former Act 2 site and involved heavy site cleanup and ground improvements. Inclusive of two standalone buildings, the project will boast over 1 million s/f of usable space. IMC sitework includes mass cuts and fills, full site infrastructure, multiple retaining walls, and parking for 400 cars and 200 trailers.

Size: 420,000 s/f As managing agent, Levin launched a major redevelop- ment at Blue Star Shopping Center in 2023, following the announcement of an in-center relocation and new, 72,000 s/f lease with long-time tenant ShopRite. The firm se - cured land use approvals for this ambitious project and is spearheading a center-wide modernization. This includes façade and common area updates, a landscaping redesign, the addition of outdoor seating, new lighting, parking lot refurbishments and EV charging infrastructure. Following ShopRite’s move to its new space, Levin will reconfigure the existing store to accommodate multiple new tenants for the property’s enviable mix of retailers, restaurants and service providers.

Size: 102,000 s/f Solenis, a Delaware based leading global producer of specialty chemicals for water-intensive industries, signed a sixteen-year lease agreement to occupy the former Building 713 at MRA Group’s Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park. This large-scale redevelopment project involves demolishing the original structure down to its steel frame and then completely renovating it into a state-of-the-art research & development facility. The 102,000 s/f of space will include 70,000 s/f of unique laboratories with complex and varied requirements, while the remaining space will be allocated for offices, collaborative workspaces, and communal areas for staff.

Size: 20,000 s/f DIG was engaged to integrate modern, accessible amenities for senior residents at the existing Assisted and Independent Living residences in order to support a greater sense of community. Alterations include re-envisioning of the first floor area to make a more interactive space for residents, including the café/reading room and refurbished dining room. On the second floor is a new theater, with tiered seating and THX-quality surround sound, a marquee and concession area. The renovation also introduces improved access to the rear courtyard, where residents enjoy the outdoors. Phased construction was planned to minimize disruption to residents and staff.

Size: 123,658 s/f The Highlands at Wyomissing set out to construct a three-story wood-framed apartment building with 41 units and secure lower-level parking. Residents have the opportunity to fully customize their units through a resident selection process. The high-end building will feature beautifully furnished common spaces and a rooftop terrace. Before construction commenced, extensive site work removed existing trees and rocks and included installation of a retaining wall and geothermal wells. The new independent living apartment building is scheduled to open in late Summer of 2024.
