Size: 41,421 s/f The historic 1950s five-story dormitory has been extensively renovated to improve living conditions and update its infrastructure. This comprehensive upgrade involved integrating a new campus hydronic system, revamping the fire protection and domestic water lines, and a complete overhaul of the HVAC, plumbing, boilers, pumps, and electrical systems. Additions included a contemporary fire alarm and protection system, an elevator, and the latest chillers, air handlers, and generators. Structural enhancements, new interior finishes, remodeled communal bathrooms, roof and gutter repairs, and the restoration of metal railings were also part of the renovation, ensuring the building was thoroughly modernized from the ground floor up to the fourth.
