To pre- vent paper tearing, Revolution accelerates the roll during the launching phase and assists in overcoming initial iner- tia, so that the splicing can proceed without major slow- downs, improving paper quality and preventing waste, a fundamental goal for safeguarding the plant’s economy as well as for the planet’s ecology.
