DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING SUMMARY OF SERVICES
The Development Engineering Division reviews and approves subdivision maps, landscaping, drainage, utility, and street improvement plans. Division responsibilities also include management of Assessment Districts and Community Facility Districts, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project design and administration including grant management, environmental, design and right-of-way acquisition. The Division is also responsible for management of Flood Plain Management (DFIRM) programs.
Accomplishments Processed over 40 Final Maps, Easements and Lot Line Adjustments, and over 600 Developer/Utility Improvement Plans per fiscal year.
Reviewed and approved over 200 acres of landscape improvements throughout the City.
Administered 17 design projects for a total design cost of approximately $5.8 million.
