Fund 010: INFRASTRUCTURE & REHABILITATION FUND The Infrastructure & Rehabilitation Fund was created to provide for the accumulation and distribution of funds for City rehabilitation projects. The primary source of revenue for this fund is the interest earnings from the Asset Management Plan (AMP) Fund. For FY 2023-24, $3.2 million is appropriated to the Mike Ward Community Park – Woodbridge Pickleball Courts. For FY 2024-25, $6.8 million is appropriated to various new and existing Capital Improvement projects; some of the larger projects include: $1.8 million for Oak Creek Community Park Improvements and $2.8 million for Portola Pavement Rehab (Jeffrey Road to Sand Canyon Avenue).
