Fund 250: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND – CIRCULATION This fund accounts for the construction and rehabilitation of the City's general circulation related infrastructure, including traffic signals, streets, medians, and bridges. The Capital Improvement Program budget provides specific project information regarding estimated revenue and appropriations impacting this fund. Total allocations within the fund for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 reflect approximately $11.2 million of Systems Development Charge Fees, $5 million of Irvine Recovery Plan (IRP), $4.8 million of Infrastructure and Rehabilitation Funding, $4.8 million of Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA), $2.5 million from the Asset Management Plan (AMP), and $1.6 million of Gas Tax. Some of the largest project appropriations over the next two years are: $5 for million for MacArthur Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation (Daimler Street to Campus Drive), $3.5 million for Irvine Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation (Culver Drive to Jamboree Road), and $2.8 million for Sand Canyon Pavement Rehabilitation (Quail Hill to Barranca Parkway).
