Fund 260: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND - NON CIRCULATION This fund accounts for the City's non-circulation capital improvement projects including the construction and rehabilitation of parks, facilities, landscaping, and related projects. The separation of circulation and non-circulation projects within different funds is necessary for preparation of the City's Annual Street Report required by the State of California Controller’s Office. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget provides specific project information regarding estimated revenues and appropriations affecting this fund. Total new funding for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 include approximately $5.2 million of Infrastructure and Rehabilitation Funding, $3 million of Park-In-Lieu Fees, and $4.7 million of System Development Charge Fees. Some of the largest project appropriations over the next two years include: $4.8 million for Oak Creek Community Park Improvements, $4 million for Jeffrey Open Space Trail (JOST) Extension (Barranca Parkway to Walnut Avenue), and $3.2 million for Mike Ward Community Park – Woodbridge Pickleball Courts.
