The SASB framework remains the primary reporting standard for sector-specific disclosures. Averitt adheres to the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) framework to guide our reporting on key issues in the road transportation sector. This report covers all of Averitt’s assets, full- and part-time associates, and operations under Averitt’s control. Reporting Parameters Reporting period: This report covers Averitt’s sustainability and corporate responsibility performance for the period January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, unless otherwise noted. Reporting frequency: Averitt publishes its Corporate Responsibility Report annually. Financial reporting alignment: As a privately held company, Averitt does not publish a public annual financial report. The sustainability reporting period (January 1 – December 31, 2025) aligns with Averitt’s internal fiscal year. Publication date: This report was published in June 2026. Reporting Scope and Boundary This report covers all assets, operations, and associates under Averitt’s operational control, including all 195 service center locations (181 with personnel), full- and part-time associates (employees), and the owned and leased fleet. Joint ventures, franchises, and outsourced activities are not included in this scope. There were no significant changes to the organization’s size, structure, or ownership during the 2025 reporting period that would require restatement of prior-year data. Unless otherwise indicated, “associate” refers to an Averitt employee.
