Looking forward, our next steps into 2026 and beyond include:
Encourage more completions of our wellbeing survey, through clear communication from our General Manager, transparent deadlines with staged reminders, and a genuine "you said, we did" commitment, sharing headline findings, a short action plan, and progress updates with colleagues
Work with our internal teams to build actionable ways we can support suppliers with decarbonisation and wider sustainability commitments, embedding this into how we work Re-develop our supplier engagement plan to better understand our key clients' and suppliers' sustainability capabilities, refining the questions we ask so they connect directly to our goals
Continue reviewing and refreshing our training matrix, keeping it relevant and aligned with the ambitions of our internal teams
