2025 also marked a first for Garland UK: our inaugural employee wellbeing survey, achieving a 47% response rate and generating a genuinely constructive range of feedback. We're now working through those findings to shape the initiatives that follow.
We brought colleagues together throughout the year with BBQs, breakfast mornings, a company bowling trip and a team cook-off for pancake day, alongside our continued Employee Assistance Programme through Health Assured and BUPA cover.
