Getting to Know You Our Executive Chef Bradley Reich

Brad was born in Rochester NY, and has also lived in Raleigh, NC, West Palm Beach, FL, and now Naples. He is married, and has a daughter Ashley who lives in Manhattan, NY, and a son Noah, who lives in Naples, FL. When not busy at the Club, he enjoys time at home with his family. Other than English, he speaks a little Spanish.

Brad Reich

Brad has owned his own restaurant in West Palm Beach, FL called Salad World Grill and Deli from 2018 until 2022. He also has worked for the J.W. Marriott here on Marco Island, as well as being the Chef for the Rookery and Hammock Bay Golf Courses. He is a self-described “Foodie” at heart and enjoys going out and exploring all the trends of foods and seeing how other chefs are doing. He will be bringing what he feels is his best skill – his passion for food – to our Marco Island Yacht Club and will continue to create his best dishes for our members and guests. In the next year, Brad aspires to be recognized as one of the top chefs for private clubs in Florida. Brad’s favorite vacation locations are Caribbean spots, and he would also like to visit Italy to learn more about that style of culinary art. He enjoys all kinds of music; books, including those of Chef Gordon Ramsey; Movies like Training Day; TV series such as Sons of Anarchy; Card games like Blackjack, Gin Rummy, Uno; Board Games like Backgammon.

His personal motto? “Stay hungry my friends.”
