Fitness Centre Attendants Knowledgeable fitness attendants are on-site to ensure your safety during the hours below. Ask them if you need help using equipment. See hours: newwestcity.ca/fitness Personal Trainers Achieve your fitness goals with certified personal trainers. Whether in private or semi-private sessions, we’ll help create and implement a tailored plan. Expect your first session of 90 minutes to include consultation time and active floor time. Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes. təməseẃtxʷ Aquatic and Community Centre 604-777-5100 Private Personal Training Fee (1 hour): • $66.50 / 1 session • $190.00 / 3 sessions • $299.75 / 5 sessions • $566.25 / 10 sessions Semi-Private Personal Training Fee (2 participants, 1 hour): • $88.00 / 1 session

Youth Orientation (13 - 18 years) Youth must complete a brief orientation to work out independently at the Youth Centre. Up to four youth are allowed per one-hour time block. Drop-ins are welcome, but space isn’t guaranteed. Youth 13 - 14 years can work out with an adult at the təməseẃtxʷ Aquatic and Community Centre and Queensborough Community Centres. Once they complete the youth centre orientation, adult supervision is not required. Fitness Centre Etiquette • Closed toe and heel athletic footwear required in all fitness centre spaces • Clean all areas and equipment after use • Respect others and their space regarding photography and video • Closed containers for liquids are required • No glass • All equipment including cardio should be shared fairly

Drop-in Group Fitness Late Arrivals All participants must check-in at the front desk within 5 min- utes of the class start time and be in class no later than 10 minutes after the class begins. Participants arriving after these times will not be permitted to join the class.
