Site Team Conference
This one or two-day conference is designed to support the collaborative and schoolwide work of AVID Site Teams. Each team will work on refining and prioritizing goals from their 2022/23 site plan. Teams will be guided through work with the Coaching and Certification Instrument (CCI) and the Degree of Implementation for each of the four domains: Instruction, Systems, Leadership and Culture. All participants will work to grow the schoolwide impact of the AVID College Readiness System (ACRS). Teams will also be provided the opportunity to vertically articulate in their K-12 feeder pattern the next day if they choose to attend Day 2. Site Team Day Vertical Articulation Day

AVID Tutor Training Throughout this training, tutors will receive an overview of their role as an AVID tutor in the tutorial process including a detailed explanation of the Tutorial Request Form (with examples). Tutors will also learn how to facilitate inquiry and be given resources to utilize before, during, and after tutorial sessions with their students, and so much more! Tutors will have post training work to become RIMS AVID Certified tutors.
