FutureReady California is a chapter of the American College Application Campaign® (ACAC). The American College Application Campaign (ACAC) is a national initiative designed to increase the number of first-generation college students and students from low-income families who pursue a postsecondary degree. The purpose is to assist high school seniors as they navigate the college application and admissions process and ensure each participating student submits at least one admissions application. FutureReady California aims to support all students with postsecondary options. This workshop will provide information about the FutureReady California campaign and share resources and tools to implement. This event series is for site administrators and district liaisons. Each event will allow participants to receive updates around AVID methodologies and increasing the AVID schoolwide impact. It will also provide opportunity for networking and time to connect with RIMS AVID coaches. Participants should register for both the Fall and Spring Workshops. Breakfast will be provided for all participants.
Creative Leadership Series These workshops are designed for RIMS AVID Educators that lead site-based training, coaching, and classroom support. This workshop will provide TK- 12 educators with methods to facilitate staff training that supports intentional WICORizedinstructionfor schoolwide growth of AVID Goals.
