The bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act became federal law on July 11, 2026, after sustained work by NAR and other housing advocates. It addresses housing supply, affordability and federal housing programs. CAR’s connection to NAR helps our members benefit from coordinated advocacy beyond our local region.
