Our 2026 REALTOR® Expo brought REALTORS®, Affiliate Partners, industry experts, and business partners together for a day of education, networking, and professional growth. Our thanks go to Chairs Alyson Kendall and Jennifer Kukel their team members and Tiffany Taylor for coordinating all the efforts that go into this project. This year we had 50 filled booths with an attendance of 211 participants. This year's General Membership Meeting featured two outstanding presentations from Bright MLS, providing our members with valuable insights into today's housing market and the technologies shaping the future of real estate. Dr. Lisa Sturtevant — Chief Economist, Bright MLS Dr. Sturtevant presented her Housing Market Update and Outlook , examining local and regional housing trends, changing market conditions, affordability challenges, inventory levels, and the economic forces affecting buyers and sellers.
