Commemorating 100 Years

W e recently held the unveiling celebrations of our 100th anniversary plaques! During these events at all 16 branches, we saw familiar faces and had the pleasure of meeting many new ones. There were smiles, laughter and even some tears while customers shared what their library has meant to them and their loved ones. Over 1,000 donors contributed to this campaign, and we thank each of you so much for making your library better. The 100th anniversary plaques are available to view at each branch during operating hours.

No Way! Now that we have your attention, have you checked if emails from the Library Foundation are going to your junk or spam folder? Add foundation@aacpl.net as one of your contacts to stay connected. We send 1-2 emails per month.

Wanting every Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library staff person to have their name on the plaque, an anonymous donor added, “Let them know this is to show our esteem for all that librarians do by going the extra mile for their customers.”
