Form into four 4-inch patties. Oil the grill rack. Grill the patties until cooked through and no longer pink in the center, 4 to 6 minutes per side. 7 8 JOINT PROTECTION plays an important role in preserving your joints, preventing further injury, and improving your overall function and independence when dealing with arthritis. Here are a few simple things you can do to protect your joints for longevity and comfort: • Use two hands when lifting heavy items. Remember, two hands are better than one! • Use a larger joint whenever possible, for example: carry your purse on your forearm instead of using your hand and stressing your knuckles. • Ditch the high heels and uncomfortable footwear! 4 8 3 5 4 9 4 8 3 2 http://1sudoku.com n° 312259 - Level Hard n° 329149 n° 312259

• Use enlarged handled grips in the kitchen when possible. • Wearing appropriate splints provide external support and decrease joint damage during painful times.
