Postgraduate calibre or substantial suitable relevant experience.
Project management qualification.
Auditing qualification.
Revelant professional qualification e.g. RICS, BIFM, RIBA. Strategic planning of space and buildings at most senior levels in a complex multi-building organisation.
Experience (Paid and Unpaid)
Academic timetabling including occupancy and utilisation measures.
Successful high-level stakeholder influence both within organisations and with professional/specialist groups.
Assessment of functional suitability of space.
Management experience, including external consultancy teams.
Track record of implementation of new ways of working / studying /teaching at organisational levels. Specialist space planning software, advanced use of data- bases and spreadsheets. Strategic and organisational business planning and prepa- ration of business cases for change.
Briefing and supervision of consultants engaged on estates development projects.
Experience of behavioural change projects.
Policy, guidance and auditing development.
Experience of management of change relating to space and new ways of working.
