EMJ Corporation offers the following proposal for the requested Owner’s Representative Services relative to the construction for the new Nokian Tyre Plant in Dayton, TN. We propose to perform these services at the monthly and/or hourly rates listed below for personnel assigned to the project, plus the reimbursable costs as outlined below. This will provide Nokian Tyres with the maximum flexibility to customize the desired services based on your needs and expectations. The attached Exhibit “A” lists a menu of our services that are available for this project.
1. Monthly and Hourly Rates
Below are the monthly and/or hourly rates for on-site and home office staffing we anticipate could be utilized for your project. These rates are all inclusive (taxes and insurance, benefits, per diems/vehicle allowance, overhead, profit, etc.).
