Below are personnel that are currently available for this project along with the services that they could provide for this project. As noted above, all services required for this project would ultimately be determined by Nokian Tyres. • Client Executive, Chris Grannan – Chris will have oversight of all EMJ personnel assigned to this project and be the executive point of contact for Nokian Tyre. • Senior Project Manager, Adam Ankers – Adam will provide the administrative services required by Nokian Tyre including financial tracking, constructability reviews, change order evaluation, plus planning, scheduling, communication, coordination and documentation during construction. • Preconstruction Manager, Joe Woolums – Joe will be based in EMJ’s Chattanooga office and provide project criteria & bid documents review and comment, bid package preparation and bid analysis, quantity take-off and conceptual budgeting services. • Lead Superintendent, James Busbin – James will serve as our Lead Field Supervisor overseeing all field operations including scheduling, quality assurance, planning, coordination, problem solving, etc. • Assistant Field Superintendent, Ryan Blaylock – Ryan will assist the Lead Superintendent in quality assurance, planning, scheduling, coordination and problem solving for the mechanical, electrical and owner provided production equipment scopes of work. • Project Engineer, Chad Marler – Chad will provide assistance to our Senior Project Manager primarily in the areas of document control, shop drawings, change order pricing, preparing meeting minutes and project reports and managing closeout documents.
