• Conduct  regular  coordination meetings  to update participants, maintain  accountability, and   resolve  issues.   • Review  and establish  schedule  requirements  through  consistent management of  the master   schedule  reinforced by  four week  look-­‐ahead  schedules  to  control detailed milestones and   activities.   • Monitor  submittal and RFI  responses  to ensure no  schedule  impacts and  conformance with  the   owner’s  requirements.   • Coordination  and  tracking of all owner  furnished equipment.   • Collaborate with  the  client  to develop  the  site  logistics and  staging plan.   • Enforce  rigorous  jobsite  safety and  cleanliness  standards.   Quality Control   • Ensure project  is  completed per plans and  specifications  including adherence  to  client’s design   criteria.   • Review  and provide written  comments on  the DBC’s project  specific quality assurance plan.   • Schedule and  complete mock-­‐up,  first work and periodic quality assurance  inspections.    Manage   the  corrective work  log.   • Receive and  review quality  control  reports  from  third party  testing agencies.   • Provide  recommendations  for  third party  consultants  (slab  consultant, envelope  consultant, etc.).   • Document daily work activity  through daily work  logs,  rain  logs and photographs.   • Coordinate  commissioning activities with  the  client, DBC  and  all  required personnel.   On-­‐Site  Safety Management   • Provide  full-­‐time on-­‐site  safety management, oversight and  inspections utilizing EMJ  subsidiary  -­‐   CORE  Safety Group.   Punch  List   • Facilitate a  thorough,  independent  completion  inspection prior  to  substantial  completion.   • Prepare and publish  the  completion  list  to  the DBC providing  specific dates  that all  items must be   complete.   • Ensure  completion  list  is  corrected  to minimize punch-­‐list  items.   • Conduct  final  inspection of  the premises and  sign off on  final project  completion.   Review  all  close-­‐out documents,  including O&M manuals, as-­‐built drawings and  certificate of   occupancy.      Ensure  final  lien  releases are  submitted  to  the  client neatly and well organized.   • Ensure  that all  close-­‐out documents have been  received  and  thoroughly  reviewed prior  to  release   of  retainage  to DBC.   Project Turn-­‐Over • Assist  the  client with  smooth  transition  into  the  facility  including  complete  training  and   demonstration of all building  systems.   • Maintain  close  contact  throughout move-­‐in period  to ensure  immediate  response  to  any  issues.
