Review and approve requisitions of the testing firms, if contracted directly with the Owner. • Maintain and monitor the construction budget, providing monthly updates. • Ensure that accurate as-builts are prepared as the project progresses and are turned over to the Owner at the end of the project. • Enforce job safety through daily safety inspections, weekly safety conferences, monthly safety audits, and ensure that each subcontractor on site has a safety program and the required insurance.
• Maintain accurate daily records of job site activities. • Work with the Owner, Architect, subcontractors and regulatory agencies to resolve conflicts and field problems. EMJ feels that our C2C ® process outlined within this section will lead to a successful project for all parties. However, we also understand that construction is not a static environment, and we will work diligently with the Owner to be practical and develop a Plan “B” to minimize disruption in the event that we run into the unexpected. EMJ is ready and willing to roll up our sleeves and begin the process immediately to become a contributing member of the team.
