We will utilize our Ball-In-Court (BIC) process meeting minutes and follow up. • Conduct weekly meetings with all active and future subcontractors to coordinate the work, review the schedule, review quality expectations and resolve open issues. • Maintain accurate RFI log information and furnish to the Architect on a weekly basis. • Review shop drawings and maintain an accurate log of their status. • Develop an overall CPM project schedule and monitor the process of subcontractors. Prepare and implement recovery plan if project or a subcontractor gets behind schedule. • Prepare a four week look-ahead schedule to more accurately coordinate the details of the project. • Conduct pre-development meeting with specific trades to review job requirements, scope of work and communicate expectations. • Ensure quality control and conformance with the contract documents through visual inspection and scheduling/
