CEW DERRY
Representing the nineth and latest addition to CEW’s portfolio of branches in Northern Ireland, CEW Derry opened in April 2026. Located in a repurposed former furniture store, the spacious new branch is staffed by an experienced team, led by Branch Manager Barry Coyle with Daniel Simpson in sales and alongside driver Gerard Simpson in the warehouse. Already building a customer base across Derry, Strabane, Limavady, Coleraine and Donegal, the new branch is conveniently located only a short drive from the Foyle Bridge. CEW Derry is carrying up to £350,000 in electrical goods including cables, wiring accessories, lighting, heating, ventilation equipment, switchgear, smoke alarms, cable management, fixings and tools, with renewables also now in stock. The branch supplies lines from leading manufacturers and suppliers such as Aico, Ansell, Aurora, Dimplex, ESPi, Fire NI, J&T Ballentine, Core Distribution, Gewiss and Saxby Lighting.

CEW DOWNPATRICK
Only opening its doors in March 2025, CEW Downpatrick has already established a loyal customer base across Downpatrick, Bangor, Lisburn, Newry and Kilkeel. Located just outside of the town centre, the branch services a high volume of sole traders, as well as contractors and the general public. Its extensive range of products includes cables, wiring accessories, lighting, heating, ventilation equipment, switchgear, smoke alarms, cable management, fixings, tools and workwear. The team at CEW Downpatrick includes Barry Killen, who has been with branch since it opened last year, while Aisling McGreevy handles internal sales and brings 11 years’ experience in the trade. Sales Advisor Derek Cantley boasts an impressive 45 years in the electrical sector, while Tom Mulholland - who drives the branch van as well as supporting the counter and warehouse operations – is not far behind with over 40 years. With its experienced team offering a high level of customer service and technical knowledge, CEW Downpatrick supports customers and projects of all sizes.
