President and Board of Trustees President James Gaudino. Approve Strategic Enrollment Plan.

Responsible Division & Steering Committee

Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management and Steering Committee Chair: Vice President for Enrollment Management Sharon O’Hare. Provide leadership of the Steering Committee to develop the SE Plan. Steering Committee comprised of chairs of subcommittees and the enterprise-level communication and data support teams.

Persistence, Progression, and Graduation Chairs: Assoc Prov Gail Mackin; Associate Dean Aaron Brown Establish strategies to meet student success goals for undergraduate students. Address engagement and achievement in outside of the classroom. Identify key performance indicators for learning experiences, persistence, and time to degree.

Ellensburg New Student Recruitment

Chairs: Associate Vice President to Admissions and Enrollment Josh Hibbard, Department Chair Gregg Schlanger Establish strategies to achieve undergraduate new first year and transfer student enrollment goals on the Ellensburg campus. Identify key performance indicators

Centers and Online Enrollment Chair: Associate Provost Gayla Stoner

Establish strategies to achieve goals for new and continuing enrollment at CWU Centers, online, and instructional sites. Identify key performance indicators and current and proposed tactics (actions and programs).

Enterprise-level support

Data & Analysis Leads: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis David Pena-Alfaro; Research Coordinator for Institutional Effectiveness Shawn Reichert. Conduct environmental scan. Model six year revenue requirement projections.

Communications Lead: Vice President of Public Affairs Kremiere Jackson Create campus community public involvement campaign, including web site development, open house design, messaging, and document production.

Project Management Lead: Gene Shoda, Project Management office Critical path schedule development, weekly status reports to ensure quality, on time, within budget completion.
