WHAT’S NEXT?
Planning for the implementation and assessment of the SE Plan is already underway. Leaders in admissions, student success, first year experience, advising, financial aid and other units are engaged in identifying, prioritizing initiatives and recommending what, if any, additional resources will be required to implement. Concurrent with the completion of the implementation plan is the creation of the Enrollment Management Council. Chaired by the VP-EM, the Council is tasked with updating the implementation plan and assessing annual, revising the annual enrollment targets when appropriate or necessary. The Enrollment Management Council will monitor and share with the president and executive leadership regular updates and an annual progress report. The president, in consultation with the vice president of enrollment management, will determine the composition of the Enrollment Management Council.
