The DuPont Cyrel® Dryer is used to complete the plate making process.
When your anilox roll arrives for reconditioning, we perform a multi-point inspection to ensure we understand the scope of work to be done to meet OEM speci cations before we prepare the roll for repair.

Cheryl has an incredible wealth of knowledge and made the recommendation to invest in the DuPont™ Cyrel® FAST 2000TD processor and the Cyrel® EFX plate material. Hub also used the opportunity to invest in additional plate equipment including the Esko Crys- tal CDI,Crystal XPS Exposure, Print ControlWizard and Crystal Screening.With the upgrade in July 2020, Hub Labels has been able to achieve print quality that rivals offset and digital print quality. The DuPont Cyrel® FAST 2000 TD uses dry, thermal technology to process high-quality Cyrel® photo- polymer plates, eliminating the need for solvent.
