Those lives indwelt by the Spirit of God, which means every believer, are rejoicing in the Light of Life. How precious the Spirit of God should be to each of us. We must constantly recognize the presence of this Wonderful Comforter, look ing to Him and walking in the strength He waits to provide. We may grieve, disobey, ignore and be unconscious of His indwelling to our own hurt and loss. The great fact of Scripture remains for us to ponder found in John 14:16, 17 that He shall be with us always. Because the Holy Spirit may have come so quietly and invisibly, at our own conversion we may have been unconscious of His wonder ful presence. Little did we suspect that even that awakening and con victing in our hearts toward Christ was due to His blessed ministry. We are drawn not to salvation by an influence but by this divine Third Person of the trinity. He may haye made us miserable that He might make us supremely happy. Standing behind any believer who might have led you to Christ was the Holy Spirit, simply using hu man instruments to draw you to the Lord. Even repentance is some thing the Holy Spirit works in your heart (Acts 11:18). Having brought us to Christ the Holy Spirit then communicated life to you and me in bringing us to the Saviour. In Titus 3:5 He is called the Regenerator and the Commun icator of Life. It is His function to bring birth to the children of God, imparting life to dead souls. Paul speaks of it as a new creation (II Corinthians 5:17). In Genesis 1:1 and 2 the Spirit of God brooded over the face of the waters. Out of chaos and dis order were brought cosmos and
