This class combines face yoga and sound therapy to improve both appearance and relaxation. Participants will learn targeted facial exercises to tone muscles, boost circulation for a natural glow, and release built-up tension in the face. Each session ends with a calming gong bath to promote deep relaxation and a mental reset. Participants should bring a yoga mat and facial moisturizer or oil.
