Current Fellows-in-Training $150 Physicians must be currently participating in an approved fellowship training program in Dermatology or Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology/Mohs Surgery Dermatology Residents $150 $150 $150 Physicians must be currently participating in an approved residency and must submit a letter of verification with their registration indicating the type of program in which they are enrolled from the program chair or fellowship training director with their registration form Non-Member Physicians $1,500 $1,600 $1,600 A letter of sponsorship from an ACMS member must accompany all non-member registration forms Mohs Surgical Assistants $650 $700 $700 Surgical Assistants employed by an ACMS member may register and attend any and all scientific sessions, except for the Morning Mini-Sessions Surgical Assistants must submit a letter of verification from their physician with their registration form Guests N/A N/A N/A For 2021, Guest Registration is not offered Morning Mini-sessions (Breakfast Sessions) $55 Each $150 $150 All ACMS members, Associate Applicants, current Fellows-in-Training, residents, medical students and non-member physicians who are registered for the meeting may sign up to attend a Morning Mini-Session Pre-registration for these sessions is strongly encouraged as the number of seats is limited Registrants will receive tickets for the Morning Mini-Sessions; each session will have a room monitor who will only admit those who have the correct ticket Tickets may be purchased at the registration desk until the session is sold out Digital Diagnostic Quality Control Exam $50 The Diagnostic Quality Control Exam is entirely online Instructions for accessing the digital DQC exam will be sent to your email address leading up to the Annual Meeting Access to the Diagnostic Quality Control Exam is $50 for ACMS members and free to Fellows-in-Training Only ACMS members who register for the exam and complete it online will receive a certificate Certificates are mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after the meeting CME credit not is offered for taking the digital Diagnostic Quality Control Exam Participants must supply their own laptop or use a computer in the Business Center to take the exam on-site
Those interested in attending the 2021 Annual Meeting may register by visiting www.mohscollege.org/annualmeeting and clicking on the Registration/Hotel tab, or use the tear-out form at the back of this program. Registration Confirmation Emails Registrants who mail or fax their registration will receive confirmation via email approximately two to three weeks after their registration and payment is received at the ACMS Office. Those registering for the Annual Meeting online will receive a confirmation almost immediately via email. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you to the meeting to help facilitate your registration process. Registration Pre-registration must be received by the ACMS Office on or before March 23, 2021. The office will not accept any registrations after April 12. Assuming that we are able to hold an in person meeting, the ACMS will make every effort to accommodate all members that wish
to attend the 2021 Annual Meeting in person. However, substantial attendance restrictions are likely. To that end, a lottery system will be implemented to allocate in person access. Additional information will be made available on the Annual Meeting registration site and as the situation evolves. The Registration Desk will be open at the Hyatt Regency Seattle on the following days and times (subject to change) :

Registration fees, minus a $200 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ACMS Office no later than March 1, 2021. Email info@mohscollege.org or fax (414) 276-2146. Refunds will not be given after that date.
