John Barry of Investment Real Estate represents buyer and seller Investment Real Estate announces the sale of Leesport Self Storage for $1.7 million
ERKS COUNTY , PA — Investment Real Estate, LLC announced the sale of Lees- port Self Storage located in Berks County. John Barry of Investment Real Estate represented the seller and the buyer in the sale. The property sold last month for $1.7 mil- lion. The single story facility was over 85% occupied at the time of sale. The property sits on 40,825 square feet and holds 315 storage units, and includes climate-controlled self-storage. The buyer is a local owner/operator looking B
to expand the company’s self- storage holdings. The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies has been involved with this property since its inception. According to Barry, “We provided the feasibility study, construc- tion management, property management and finally the brokerage services to the sell- er over the course of their ownership of the asset. The extension begins Nov 2014 and ends in 2019. Baystate Pool Supplies is a third generation, family- owned pool and spa supply wholesale distributor and deals with service builders, service techs and retailers in the industry.
