“We have recognized the opportunity to truly, genuinely help a lot of people out there,” Sanj says. “Not only to help them get access to these life-changing products but also to really get people this life raft of Melaleuca. That has created a whole new momentum on our team.” That sense of business security with Melaleuca is a big part of what attracted Chelsea and Sanj to Melaleuca in the first place. “There’s definitely a safe environment for everyone,” Sanj says. “When we saw the monthly retention numbers with Melaleuca, we felt like this was a safe environment, unlike any other place out there that we’ve been a part of.” “I think a lot of it also has to do with the customer service,” Chelsea adds. “We tell people all the time that someone’s going to pick up the phone when you call in and that they care so much about every customer. So it’s very easy to work with customers because we know they’ll be happy—and it’s great to bring on business builders and help them launch because they’re going to be well taken care of.” When asked about what advice they would give to other business builders, Chelsea and Sanj agree that making a firm commitment to go all out is vital. “Whether you’re part time or full time—whatever your goal may be—make a 100% commitment,” Sanj says. “And also be coachable with your mentors.” “Go all the way out,” Chelsea agrees. “We see the difference between people who say they’re going to do this and those who are just sort of testing it. If you’re going to do it, make the decision to do it and go all the way out. That’s exactly what we did.”

When Chelsea Hyneman and Sanj Thangarajah advanced to Executive Director last October, they were already experiencing another big milestone in their lives: the birth of their third child! Getting used to the dynamics of a new family member was a challenge, but they responded by “doubling down” and regaining their momentum. “When the new year rolled around, we committed ourselves to making this a big year and creating a lot of new success stories within our team,” Chelsea says. “We created some great momentum with Fast Track. Then we continued to go out there and share the message of Melaleuca strongly as so many people really need it. And, yeah, we had a breakthrough.” Chelsea and Sanj have continued to discover new opportunities and new friends with Melaleuca. They feel like many are anxious to learn more.
