Group Exercise Updates Fitness Fusion for Beginners will meet on Tuesdays at 8:30 AM for the month of February. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of step aerobics and do practice drills without having to master more complex choreography. If you can march in place and count to eight, you can handle this! The class will conclude with strength training and core work. Restorative Yoga will meet on Mondays at 9:45 AM (45 minutes). This class is appropriate for students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. The deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome. No prior yoga experience is required. Barre class is moving from Wednesday to Monday at 10:30 AM. Friday class will continue at 10:30 AM. Pilates Core & More will launch on Wednesdays at 9:45 AM. It’s 2017 -- focus on achieving your fitness goals — core strength, increased flexibility, better balance, and toned arms and legs using medicine balls and light weights. Be ready for the new you! Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. The application for a PIN can be found here .
