INVESTING in our COMMUNITY
EQUITABLE LAND ACCESS PROGRAM In 2022, Frontier Co-op contributed $250,000 toward a new program with our long-time local partner, Feed Iowa First. The Equitable Land Access Program is a regenerative farming project building back the soil and expanding land access to marginalized farmers.
MATTHEW 25: CULTIVATE HOPE CORNER STORE A small, nonprofit grocery store that provides fresh, local, reduced-price produce as well as other dry goods and food staples.
CATHERINE MCAULEY CENTER: A PLACE OF WELCOME
WILLIS DADY WORKS This facility will address two significant needs in our community: for permanent supportive housing for individuals and families, and for more low-barrier entry-level job positions for people coming out of or experiencing homelessness.
A new, expanded facility where people working to reestablish their lives, or build new ones, can continue to find guidance, connection, practical skills, and a warm sense of welcome.
