Frontier Co-op 2024 Biennial Sustainability Report

SUPPORTING EMPLOYEE GIVING

In addition to partnering with and financially supporting local organizations engaged in work that aligns with our mission and vision, Frontier Co-op supports local nonprofit organiza- tions dedicated to serving causes our employees care about. We do this through employee contribution matching, employee-led community giving and paid volunteer time. EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION MATCHING Frontier Co-op matches all employee contributions to non-profit organizations up to $1,000 per employee per year. EMPLOYEE-LED COMMUNITY GIVING A team made up of Frontier Co-op employees reviews and approves requests from their peers for company contributions of $10,000 total per year to local non-profit organizations. PAID VOLUNTEER TIME Frontier Co-op offers employees eight hours of paid time off annually to cover volunteer time with local non-profit organizations. In FY23 and FY24, employees contributed over 1,100 hours of volunteer time.
