CLAIMS REPORTING

All General Liability, Auto and Workers Compensation claims must be reported promptly. See RMSCR SOP 100-01 General Liability, Auto, Workers Comp Reporting Instructions for specific guidance for reporting these claims. • The Atrium Hospitality Claims Reporting Manual for the current year must be printed and included as an addendum to this manual and provides comprehensive details on handling and investigating each type of claim. • This insurance program renews every year on October 1 so be sure to update with the most current version of the manual always found on SharePoint at Risk Management, Safety and Claims Reporting > AH Claim Reporting. • All required reporting forms and insurance carrier contact information is located at the same site. All Property Damage (damage to the physical asset, furniture, fixtures and equipment) must be reported promptly. See RMSCR SOP 300-01 – Property Damage Claims Process for specific guidance on reporting these claims. • Reporting forms are found on SharePoint at Risk Management, Safety and Claims Reporting > AH Claim Reporting > Property Loss Reporting Process and Forms • Please refer to the “ Recovery Playbook ” in that folder for general guidance on documenting the claim and getting the hotel back in operation
