9. Motor Vehicle Program OPS SOP 800-08 and 800-08.1 . The purpose of this document is to outline Atrium Hospitality’s guidelines for administering Motor Vehicle Reports. All Associates who operate a vehicle for company business as part of their primary responsibility will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report at the intervals noted in the SOP during their employment with Atrium Hospitality. Also note the Negligent Entrustment Doctrine so that you fully understand the responsibilities: The principle of “negligent entrustment” is not founded upon negligence of the driver, but upon the negligence of the employer by supplying an automobile to an incompetent driver 10. OSHA Compliance. Property HRD’s are responsible for OSHA recordkeeping. Training, OSHA 300 and 300A documents are all available under Risk Management, Safety and Claims Reporting > Safety > OSHA. 11.
