Safety Training Program OPS SOP 800-10 and 10.1 Training is provided through the Workday LMS. While all Associates receive an introduction to safety as part of the orientation process it is required that the Associate receive job specific training and testing in their home department before starting their assignment. The Associate will also be required to recertify annually. Associates will receive an email and/or Workday notifications detailing the required training and the completion due date. All training will be facilitated through Workday and HR, and successful completion will be automatically documented in the associates' Workday profile. 8. Safety Footwear and Shoes for Crews Program . OPS SOP 800-20 and 20.1 Atrium Hospitality will reimburse Associates up to $25 annually for department appropriate footwear purchased through Shoes for Crews. When a slip and fall occurs, the manager should advise Human Resources to verify if the Shoes for Crews Warranty applies.
