BOILER FAILURE

PRIORITIES: • Maintain heating / hot water for guestrooms. • Repair boiler. • Minimize adverse guest impact. PROCEDURES: A. Notify GM, MOD, and Chief Engineer. B. Engineering will restart boilers via reset buttons. C. Contact the boiler engineering company for immediate assistance, if necessary. Inform current guests of the nature of the problem and other guests upon arrival.
