Located at the intersec- tion of Cooper Rd. and East Taunton Avenue, the single- story 38,928 s/f industrial property sits on 5.73 acres. The buyer, Brendan Fer- nandes of 400 Cooper Rd. LLC, had been renting an- other industrial building for years and took advantage of low interest rates to pur- chase the property. Its eight drive-in doors, 22-28 foot ceilings and ample parking support the new owner’s cur- rent needs as well as makes the site a viable investment for the future. The sale closed at the end of April for $2,590,000. Liquor licenses are often hard to come by and Adam Rose , president of Rose Com- mercial Real Estate, was proud to represent former client and well-known restau- ranteur, Ramualdo Lamberti, in sale negotiations for one of his properties and its license.
