■ Career achievements: Lead planner for the US Army Cyber Centre of Excellence’s most complex and largest prototyping experiment with a budget of US$1.2 million. Split across two sites, this event enabled best of breed cyber and signal technologies to be trialled in realistic military conditions. Led the deployment of the British Army’s land-based communications package to Oman for its largest overseas exercise. Managed more than 100 personnel in five sites and facilitated the communications between the British and Omani Army. Managed the team responsible for establishing and upgrading all tactical and strategic communications for the British Military sites in the Middle East. Supervised more than 20 projects, in eight sites across six countries, including the site for the initial deployment of 150 British Army soldiers on a mission to train the Iraqi Army.

■ Career achievements: As part of the senior management team, led the opening of the London office and implemented the operational process that enabled the firm to multiply its revenue. Grew into a 50-person practice within five years, with successful acquisition in 2022. Led and managed the design and construction programme of the mission-critical facilities that host the cloud services for two of the Big Five tech companies in Europe. Includes more than 450MW of power in several data centre campuses and 105MW of power under construction. Planning team leader for the Lusail Stadium, which hosted the final game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The high-performance façades and innovative roof design reduce the stadium’s energy consumption. Achieved a five-star rating under the Global Sustainability Assessment System.
