■ Career achievements: Built the People & Culture function from scratch at Fnatic, implementing all systems and processes across talent acquisition, human resources, performance management, share management and more. Hired all non-founding senior leadership team members and championed esports industry- leading DE&I and safeguarding initiatives. Built the talent acquisition function at Badoo, overseeing an instrumental phase of company growth with headcount going from 110 to 375 globally during tenure. Group eventually IPO’d with initial market cap of US$8 billion in February 2021. Finalist for Best New Broadcaster at the New Zealand Radio Awards 2012.

■ Career achievements: Co-ordinated development of the UK Equity franchise, adding six new accounts exceeding £1.5 billion in assets under management, including £100 million portfolio of unlisted and illiquid assets. Managed the successful sell down and liquidation of unlisted portfolio. Led an initiative to transform the emerging market equity franchise through rapid asset growth and focused client and sales team engagement. This initiative aims to scale product quickly, improve capital efficiency, and strategically diversify the firm’s revenue base. Established the firm’s initial approach to the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation from a product perspective, leading to a consistent, conservative, but important commercial outcome for clients and firm.
