Successfully participated in and delivered a number of major infrastructure projects worldwide, with combined budget in excess of £2 billion. Build and led the technical team in international construction companies around the globe in 23 countries, to deliver projects with annual turnover of more than £100 million.

Initiated and managed sales of non-credit related products such as card acquiring for some of the biggest Polish retailers and expanded sales of factoring products by 2 billion Polish zloty.
